Gymncio is a comprehensive platform designed to track your fitness journey from start to pro. The app helps you organize daily workouts, create custom training programs, manage nutrition, and monitor your progress accurately.
The app works from any device (mobile, tablet, computer) and supports Arabic and English. You can also install it as an app on your phone for quick access.
Create complete training programs that fit your goals and schedule. Each program consists of several days (e.g., chest day, back day, shoulders day...).
You can specify required exercises per day, add recommended weights and reps, and order exercises as you prefer. Programs are editable at any time.
Example: A "12-Week Hypertrophy" program might have 4 days per week, each targeting a different muscle group.
Each program is divided into ordered days. To unlock the next day, you must complete the current day's exercises and log your sets.
This system encourages you to follow the order and avoid skipping days. It also helps prevent overtraining or neglecting certain muscle groups.
When you start an exercise, you see exercise details, images, and a summary of your last session to motivate improvement (Progressive Overload).
